Non-presentation (“No show”)

Force majeure

The client acknowledges their voluntary participation in reserved activities and accepts the normal risks associated with travel and tourist activities.

9. Guarantees

Every traveller is strongly advised to take out:

travel insurance,
medical insurance,
cancellation insurance,
Repatriation cover.

Lunaya Travel does not automatically provide insurance unless explicitly stated.

10. Passenger Obligations

The traveller undertakes to:

provide accurate information,
respect local laws,
follow the safety instructions,
respect deadlines,
to adopt respectful behaviour towards:
- the guides,
- The animals,
- the local populations,
- the other participants.

Any dangerous, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.

11. Animal activities

Some experiences may include interactions with animals in partner facilities.

Lunaya Travel selects partners according to its own ethical and trustworthy criteria, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of differing perceptions regarding animal welfare according to the sensitivities or regulations of each country.

12. Mediation and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers are requested to contact Lunaya Travel as a priority to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the parties may resort to a mediation procedure before any legal action.

13. Applicable jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable law according to the legal structure operating the site and/or the country of establishment of the service concerned.

jurisdiction shall be attributed to the competent courts of the country of domicile of the operating company,
