Reservations and payments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bookings are made via the Lunaya Travel website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is collected by Lunaya Travel on behalf of partner service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All reservations are considered as <strong>firm and definitive<\/strong> after confirmation of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Annulation_par_le_client\"><\/span>2. Cancellation or modification by Lunaya Travel or the service provider<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond Lunaya Travel's control, including :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>weather conditions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sea state,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local or administrative decisions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a <strong>alternative date<\/strong> may be offered, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>have<\/strong> or <strong>partial or total reimbursement<\/strong> may be granted <strong>at the discretion of Lunaya Travel<\/strong>, depending on the costs already incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Responsabilite_du_client\"><\/span>4. Customer responsibility<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer acknowledges taking part in the activities <strong>on its own responsibility<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is the customer's responsibility to check that he or she is physically fit and to ensure that he or she has a valid passport. <strong>tailored travel insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunaya Travel cannot be held responsible for :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accident,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>injury,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss or theft of personal effects,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or unforeseeable natural conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Cas_de_force_majeure\"><\/span>5.
